Bend-based family owned and run producers of pickled vegetables and fermented foods. Named after our Dog, Blue, and our son, River. We use a proprietary cold-brining process that takes several days and uses multiple stages to create the freshest and crunchiest pickled vegetables you can find. All of our vegetables as well as the local, organic, raw apple cider vinegar are kept raw and never heat-treated to keep the living probiotics thriving and the nutrients at the peak of their bio-availability.

Expected Products: Pickled Vegetables- Onions, Carrots, Cucumbers, Beets, Jalapenos as well as a variety of Krauts and honey-based ferments like our fermented hot-honey
