2025 Pre Order Dates Sunday October 19th to Wednsday October 29th

Pre-Order Information

1. Pre-ordering will be available October 19th to October 29th at 7am

2. Pre-orders are NOT mandatory, but merely ensure that you get the products you want.

3. Pre-order items are NOT the only items available at Fill Your Pantry. There will be more vendors and more items available day-of as well.

4. Pre-ordered items MUST be picked up at the Fill Your Pantry event on November 9th. If you do not pick up at event, you forfeit your items.

5. All pre-orders are final. Pre-order issues must be directed to the vendors you purchased from.

6. To pick up pre-order items: The day of the event, you will visit each vendor you ordered from and pick-up your products from each individual business. Any mistakes/exchanges/etc must be negotiated with the individual businesses. 

7. Please print your receipt or have it available on your phone to help with any confusion.

8. We highly recommend you do your day-of shopping before picking up your pre-order items. Pre-Order lines are often longest at the beginning of market and significantly drop off around 12:30pm. If you do your day-of shopping first, you should be able to wait in shorter lines to pick up your pre-ordered items. If you only want to pick up pre-orders and you do not have any other shopping, consider coming after 1pm for even shorter lines.
