Applications for 2024 FYP are now closed

Vendors will be chosen based on these priorities-
1. Central Oregon Local
2. Sustainable and organic growing/raising/processing practices
3. Animals being fed a healthy and appropriate diet (i.e. grass-fed/finished beef)
4. Years having attended Fill Your Pantry
5. Diversity of product from other vendors

What is NOT allowed at FYP-
1. Producers using GMO seeds or feed will not be allowed.
2. Producers using conventional growing practices will not be allowed with very few exceptions- we may accept orchards using IPM practices if those are clearly defined. We will review on a case by case basis to bring the best quality and environmentally conscious food to FYP. Please email us if you have any questions about this.
3. Animals raised in confinement

Fees to participate-
The fee to participate in Fill Your Pantry is 5% of total sales (including preorders and day-of sales), plus a 3% credit card fee for those participating in online preorders (totaling 8%).

Note-
Fill Your Pantry is an agricultural focused event; therefore, agricultural vendors (farmers, ranchers, orchardist, etc) will take priority over value-added and non-agricultural vendors.
